When school is out, we have Fitness camps to fill it’s place.  Our Fitness for Kids camps run over consecutive days to give children the opportunity to come, get active, make friends and have fun. 

We use our seasonal theme throughout the week and offer many different elements of fitness through games and team building activities with a competitive edge.


What does a camp look like?

  • Meet and greet

  • Introduction

  • Warm up

  • Fun team game

  • Stretch section

  • Exercises / Skills

  • Challenge

  • Single / Team event

  • Small break

  • Healthy eating

  • Obstacle course / Circuit

  • Races / Game

  • Co-ordination / Balance skill

  • Group event

  • Final game

  • Cool down / Stretch

All of the above is squeezed into 3 hours and always adaptable to suit the needs / wants of the kids.

It’s not all about competition…. It’s the taking part!

Some of the camps we offer throughout the year are;

  • Mid – Term breaks

  • Easter

  • Summer

  • Halloween

  • All of the camps are run over Dublin and Meath.


Summer is just around the corner and we cannot wait! We are going to have weeks of fun. 

We will have obstacle courses, mini olympics, challenges, competitions and lots of outdoor fun (weather permitting) We are running an Early bird offer for a full time place on the camps. This offer will end 12th of May. Our camp is for children aged 4 years to teens! We will have limited spaces in each age category. If you require an early drop off please do not hesitate to ask, we will try accommodate you.


What do the children need:

  • A small snack (no nuts please)

  • 2 drinks

  • Comfortable clothes

  • Suncream applied (fingers crossed we will need it!)
